so Phoenix Comi-con, was in a word amazing. So many pics and fun things to tell, but I'm still super exhausted so it will have to wait. Time to read some more before calling it a night. Tomorrow, I have got to work out or I might loose my mind.

Today was busy. Ran a few errands and kept chucking down cranberry juice like it was going out of style. Thankfully, I feel tons better. Packed my bag for tomorrow (and printed out my passes) and I am set for Phoenix Comicon! Tomorrow I'm going to go for an EARLY walk, then it's breakfast with the family, and then checking into the hotel. I'm personally excited about doing a bit of lounging by the pool, I haven't been in a pool in ages.

So on that note I am going to jet. Time for PJ's and a bit of reading before calling it a night. See you guys later!

So things are going.

1) I think I may be coming down with a UTI, probably as a result of not staying hydrated enough when I came out of the hospital. I'm downing cranberry juice like it's going out of style, and if I still feel yucky in the morning I'm going to have to call my doctor.

2) I was finally able to get my Story Time with Wil Wheaton ticket today, only to discover that they sold out. :( smileyqueen114 is going to have to take pictures and tell me how awesome it was.

3) Had a long text conversation with my cousin M. Turns out she is having female issues as well, so yeah for those genetics! Also found out she is trying to have a kid, which just made me feel incredibly old. 

That's really about it. Tomorrow I clean and pack, and finish getting ready to have a bomb-ass weekend.So yeah....time for some more cranberry juice.

So I crashed at around midnight last night, and woke up at 11am today. Thank you vicodin and leftover anesthesia!

Ran a few errands today: returned the air filters to Lowe's so I could get the right size this time, and then to Safeway for groceries. Came home and amazingly enough did not take a nap. Although I'm pretty f'ing tired right now.

That's about it. Phoenix Comicon is this weekend (squee!) along with breakfast with the family. I do believe it's going to be fun.

After I was discharged I went to fill my prescription and Walmart, and now begins my yearly rant: it's too fucking hot outside. 108 in May, go fuck yourself Arizona. Gah, I'm going to melt by July when the humidity comes....yuck.

So, I finally broke down and watched the Magic Mike trailer. Why did it take so long? Simple, I hate Channing Tatum with the passion of a thousand fiery suns. He can't act, and he looks like he's constantly doing long division without a calculator. But, Joe Manganiello is in it, which means I'm going to see it. Hopefully with the girls, because I am not going to be that girl who went to see a movie about male strippers by herself.

I have my D&C tomorrow, which means I have to be up at 5am to be at the surgery center for check-in at 6am. So yeah, I should probably go to bed.

My consultation went really well, although I find it funny that I spent more time in the waiting room than I did in the actual appointment. Had breakfast at Village Inn (one of the few places where I can have a healthy meal), and came home to do laundry. Now I'm here, and about to do the 30 day shred.

Why am I posting then? CW is doing a Green Arrow TV show this fall called 'Arrow'. I don't know if it's because he's a lesser known comic book character, or because the actor playing him (Stephen Amell) is in a word, ripped, but I'm kind of looking forward to this. Still, seeing as how a bunch of shows I was watching got axed, I may have time for it now.

Let's see, what have I been up to the last couple of days.

Took parents to the doctor, and that went well. My brother called and he's all finished for the semester, he was getting ready to head to North Carolina next week for a music camp there. I'm secretly hoping he and the wife go on vacation this summer so I can house-sit.

I have my pre-op consultation tomorrow morning, early, which makes me sad. That's okay, a midday nap will fix that. I'm going to nap like a mofo.

That's really about it. I'm going to have to do some serious cleaning before Tuesday, and I have a small load of laundry to do when I get home tomorrow. Fun times. Okay, time to go to bed.

Had to take my parents for their check-up today. All is good, although they both have bloodwork that needs to get done and my Mom needs a mammogram. Fun times.
